高性能一体成型功率电感-MWSC系列

概要



Molding Choke一体成型电感区别于传统绕线电感，是有不同的工艺平台制造，由数控自动绕线机绕制空心线圈，植入特定模具并填充磁性粉体压铸而成，属于传统涂敷胶水的绕线电感的升级产品。

背景和开发目的



为了满足电源转换AC-DC、DC-DC模块，便携式数码设备电源管理模块，电动汽车及充电桩设备等应用的需求，深圳顺络电子股份有限公司结合自身多年电感开发经验和在电感领域的先进制造技术，拓展开发了MWSC系列Molding Choke一体成型电感。

Typ. Value, DC current at which the inductance drops 30% from its value without current;

※3 : Irms: DC current that causes the temperature rise (ΔT) from 20°C ambient.

For Max. Value, ΔT＜40℃；for Typ. Value, ΔT is approximate 40℃.

The part temperature (ambient + temp. rise) should not exceed 125 °C under worst case operating conditions. Circuit design, component placement, PCB trace size and thickness, airflow and other cooling provisions all affect the part temperature. Part temperature should be verified in the end application.
